Villa Rosen
A private intimate villa well designed, that is located in a calm neighborhood of the Northern Tel-Aviv area.
Our Villa is more than a place the relax at, it is a home when you are far away from home. It provides you a rfuge from the noisy city. At the Rosen Villa you will find the joining of urban comfort and the peace of the country side ambiance.
Travelling around Tel-Aviv is easy from the Villa Rosen. Public transportation is available just outside the Villa. Whether your are heading for a business meeting or planning a leisurely walk to the city sites.
The Villa is comfortably located by the business and recreational area of Ramat Ha’Hayal, the Assuta Hospital, Hayarkon Park and the Expo Conference Center.
Rooms and Common Spaces
The Villa is divided into 6 bedrooms with a private bathroom in each room. It can host 15 guests.
The Villa has a protected sheltered area.
In the rooms you will find: bed linen, towels, shampoo, body and hand soap, a closet with a cloths’ rack. Besides the rooms, the Villa offers a well-equipped kitchen. It contains all the necessary electric instruments needed, so that you should not lack anything.
In the public areas as well as in the rooms, you will find smart televisions with Netflix and a variety of channels.
In the Villa’s courtyard, you will discover a swimming pool, an impressive deck, and pleasant sitting corners, along with a large comfortable roof, which includes sitting corners and a dinning table for 15 persons.
